Richard will be remembered when we look at our garage and when we look at some of our other remodeling jobs, he was a knowlegable carpenter and and always ready with a helping hand or a word of advice. When we think of the Colstrip Volunteer Fire Department it is Richard that comes to mind, he was a dedicated member and mentor to many of the volunteer firemen. He drove countless kids to football games, basketball games, volleyball games or track or just to school and home. Richard will be remembered in this community. Rest in Peace Richard. Our prayers are with the entire Boese family.

We met Richard in 1970 and worked with Him at the mine and the fire department. Always a hard work. He did a lot toward the progress of Colstrip. We consider Him and His family good friends. He will be missed.
