Arthur M. Barbeau, 74 of Billings, passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2014 in Billings. He was born January 23, 1940 in Butte, MT where he was raised and educated. Following High School he served in the Navy.

He married JoAnne Manly on August 30, 1969. They have made their home in Billings since 1983.

Survivors include his wife JoAnne, daughter Julia  and son Eric and his wife Stacey and 2 grandchildren, Trevor and Kylie.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be 2pm Tuesday at Harvest Church, Lockwood Campus.
