Jeffrey Alan “Jeff” Mulvaney (Born in Longmont, Colorado) April 23, 1962 — June 30, 2019

Jeff Mulvaney

Jeff, father, son, brother, uncle and friend, found rest and peace, and is in the presence of his earthly and heavenly fathers.

Jeff loved Montana and loved the people of Montana. You could not travel anywhere across the state that he wouldn’t know, stop and talk with someone. He was a good friend and golf, hunting and fishing buddy.

Jeff’s greatest joy was his son Beau. He was so proud of him and all that he has done.

Jeff is preceded in death by his dad, John. He is survived by his son, Beau; mother Barbara; sister Brenda (Bill) Wuertz; brothers Doug (Polly) Mulvaney and Tom Mulvaney; as well as nieces and nephews who loved him and his teasing, joking and loving sense of humor.

Jeff will be so missed by all his family and friends everywhere.

Memorials for Jeff can be payable to Beau Mulvaney and sent to Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary, 1001 Alderson Ave., Billings, MT 59102, to assist with expenses.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, July 5, at Faith Chapel, 517 Shiloh Road.

  1. Mulvaney Family: My deepest condolences for your loss. A person couldn’t have asked for a better friend than Jeff. I remember meeting Jeff clear back in 10th grade and we became the best of friends. I really enjoyed spending time with him, including last Saturday when we were out turning dirt to dust on the ATV’s up at Bridger and Lower Deer Creek’s.

Jeff always had a special gift where he could turn any stranger into a friend. Jeff wore his heart on his sleeve and would do anything to help the people out that he cared about, he was the kind of guy that always had your back. If he loved someone, he wasn’t afraid to say the words.

Buddy, you were loved. I’m going to miss you more than I know how to say, you were one of a kind, with a heart of gold. Until we meet again, Rest In Peace my friend.

  4. Jeff and I reconnected when I worked for Tire Rama. I hadn’t seen or spoken to Jeff in many years. We reminisced about a few times in our senior year in high school. The man was so funny and it was such a joy to be around him. So sorry for his family and friends for it is such a tremendous loss.

  8. Mulvaney Family, I am so sorry for the loss of your dad, son, Uncle. I have not seen or talked to him for many years but he has a special place in my heart. I have great memories of hanging out with him and remember him as tall, skinny, gangly and always a smile. I always felt he was a friend that I could not see for many years and if I saw him. It would be like no time had passed. Thoughts and prayers in this difficult time and I hope he has found peace. Paul Timm
