I am so sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. He was a friend. Although our paths diverged, I will cherish memories of the better times we enjoyed years ago.

  2. I am saddened to learn of Jim’s passing. He and I knew each other from Boy Scout days in the late 1960’s and while we worked for competing TV stations we were great friends in Great Falls. He and I made a wonderful trip once to Glacier Part in about 1971 when we came into the park on the Waterton National Park side in Canada, climbed up the mountains and camped out for a few days. We had a moose encounter, a grizzly encounter, got hailed and rained on, swam in a glacier lakes and were very glad to get back to civilization after using all of our Boy Scout skills. He was a talented television photographer and producer.
