Andy Fish, 70, of Billings, passed away March 9, 2018, at St. Vincent Hospital.
The son of Andrew R. Sr. and Shirley M. (Kueffer) Fish, Andy was born July 21, 1947, in Oklahoma City. The family moved to Billings when Andy was 5 years old. When Andy was 14 years old, the family was transferred to California and then to Midland, Texas, where he graduated high school. After high school, Andy served in the Army and was stationed at Homestead, Florida. Andy attended Oklahoma State University, graduating with an engineering degree. The family eventually settled in Billings. Andy owned HyMount Photography Studio which closed in 2005 due to his failing health.
Things Andy loved to do were talking to everyone about anything, taking high country trips with his Morgan pack horses, cooking real BBQ and spending winters in warmer climates. He was a generous and giving man with a heart larger than all outdoors, helping any way he could.
Andy was preceded in death by his parents, beloved grandmother and ex-wife Linda. He is survived by his longtime loving companion, Veronika "Ronni" Boggess; his children; and his sister, Debbie Myers.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 14, at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary, 1001 Alderson Ave., with a reception to follow. At Andy's request, please wear something bright and colorful. He and his presence will be forever missed.
