Angelica "Ann" Cook passed away on Tuesday, August 29th, 2006 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Billings, Montana.

Born on December 27th, 1927 in Laurel, Montana, Ann grew up as one of 7 children in a ranching and farming family. Ann graduated from Billings Senior High School and worked as a switchboard operator prior to her marriage. She married John Cook on August 1st, 1946 and joined him, his brother Henry, and her sister Carolyn in the family tradition of ranching and farming in the area until 1968. Ann and John then relocated to Billings where she worked at Rimrock Elementary until retirement. Ann and John were married for 56 years until his passing in 2003. Ann enjoyed gardening, rock hunting, crocheting, and reading. Personifying the ‘angelic" meaning of her name, she was loved by many and will be missed greatly.

She is survived by her daughter Rita Price, son- in -law Clark Price and granddaughter Tanya Price of Dallas, TX. She is also survived by her siblings Carolyn Cook of Billings, Lydia Kindsfater of Spearfish, SD, Henry Kindsfater, Richard Kindsfater, and Emma Bernhardt, all of Billings, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and in- laws including Vicki, Brian and Jake Archer; Joanne, Mark and Zack Joki; Steve and Rose Cook and their nephew Sam Round Face; and John Lee Kroh.

She was preceded in death by her husband John Cook, and parents Jacob and Elizabeth Kindsfater, immigrants from Dietel, Saratov, Russia. Also preceding her in death were her brother Jake K. Kindsfater and sister Ottilie Kindsfather Shipp.

Funeral Services will be held at 2pm., Tuesday, September 5th, 2006 at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary, followed by interment at Mountview Cemetery. The casket is open for visitation at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary.
