Audrey Anne Christoferson-Dale

Audrey Anne Christoferson-Dale, age 87, went to her heavenly home to be in the presence of her Lord Jesus, on July 15, 2018. Audrey was hugged, kissed and loved on by her family before her departure. She left quietly and peacefully in the early morning hours, while her family was asleep. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God supported her in her struggle and ultimately gave her peace beyond all understanding.

Audrey was born in Hatfield, Minnesota on December 13, 1930 to Theresa J. and Kenneth G. Anderson. Audrey attended high school in Pipestone, MN. She met the love of her life, Duane Kenneth Christoferson and they were married in 1950. After the passing of Duane, she was married to Merton Dale of Tulsa, OK (a former school classmate) for a period of 11 years.

God has blessed the family of Audrey with 3 children: Brad Christoferson (Robin), Janne Johnson (Dave), and Craig Christoferson (Bobbi), and many beautiful grandchildren and great grandchildren. Audrey has blessed so many people in her lifetime with her kindness and compassionate heart.

A devoted homemaker, Audrey loved to find great recipes and share them. Many family and friends have enjoyed the great cooking of Grandma Audrey. Later in life she worked as a lunchroom accountant for McKinley school. She learned reflexology and blessed many people with free treatments. Audrey worked with the developmentally disabled for several years and also worked in security at the Billings airport. She has many gifts given by God to share with people wherever she went.

Audrey was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Max Anderson, her husbands Duane Christoferson and Merton Dale.

Audrey is survived by her 3 children, grandchildren: Rebecca (Scott) West; Stacy Christoferson; Cindy Felts; Tracy Bostwick; Tammy (Keith) Keene; Kevin Christoferson; Kristopher (Sarah) Johnson; Nick (Debra) Johnson; Michael (Crystal) Christoferson; Josh Christoferson; Ashley Christoferson and many great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 10a.m. with interment to follow at Mountview Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, July 20th from 6-8 pm at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary
