Barbara Lois Hedberg

Barb Hedberg, 80, of Billings, Montana, formerly of Carpio, North Dakota, passed away at St. Vincent Healthcare on March 2, 2021. Barb was born in Lansford, North Dakota, on June 15, 1940, to Robert and Lois Heath.

On Nov. 18, 1961, Barb married Dennis Hedberg from Carpio, North Dakota. They had two children, Mitch and Michelle. They spent many years on the family farm and eventually moved to Billings in 2003 to be close to their kids and grandkids.

Barb took great pride in being a homemaker. You would often find her  washing clothes, ironing or vacuuming. She also loved spending time with family and friends and going to an occasional garage sale or shopping mall for entertainment. She also worked at Wal-Mart in Minot, North Dakota, and Billings as a cashier for over 15 years.

Barb is survived by son Mitch (Becky) Hedberg; daughter Michelle (Brian) Ross; grandchildren Tanner (fiancée Britt and son Brody) and Travis Nation, Brayden and Sydney Ross; mother-in-law Helen Hedberg; sister-in-law Diane (Kevin) Quisberg; as well as numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved so much.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 13, to be streamed at www.michelottisawyers.com.

Memorials in memory of Barb Hedberg may be made to "Resident Council" used in Employee Christmas fund at Westpark Village, 2351 Solomon Ave., Billings, MT 59102.
