Betty Jean Miller

[gn_spacer size=”20″] [gn_heading style=”1″]Betty Jean Miller[/gn_heading] Betty Jean "Jeanie" Miller, 81, of Billings, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012, at the Billings Health and Rehabilitation Center.

The daughter of Gene and Ruth Rockhold, Jeanie was born on Sept. 16, 1930, in Winfield, Kan. She graduated from Haven High School in 1947 and the Chillicothe Business School in Chillicothe, Mo., in 1948.

Jeanie married Gene Miller in Reno County, Kan., on Dec. 5, 1949. Following his discharge from the service, they moved to Billings in 1956. She worked as office manager for Selover Buick and Motor Power Equipment for many years.

Jeanie enjoyed the family cabin on the Boulder River, collecting Hummel figurines antiques and china painting.

Her husband Gene preceded her in death on March 15, 1980.

She is survived by her sister, Patsy Schwartz of Billings.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21st, at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
