Betty Jo Yale-Danforth was born on June 3rd, 1975 in Ridgway, Pennsylvania. Betty is the daughter of James W. Yale Jr, and Erma Jean Vantassel-Yale. She was the eldest of 4 children and is survived by her husband (Andrew Danforth), her daughter (Sabrina Dumholt "expectant mother to a baby girl due May 2016"), her two brothers (James and Adam Yale) and her sister (Katrina Yale). Family was very important to Betty and she was seen as a surrogate to her many nieces, nephews, great nephews, and had an immense love for children as a whole. Betty was looking forward to the opportunity to have her first grandchild.
Betty was a well-established Registered Nurse who specialized in Psychiatry, Long - term Acute Care, and Geriatrics. Betty shared her love of nursing with both of her brothers, her father, her mother, and her sister. She shared her compassion and love with everyone she met and cared for. If you met anyone who knew Betty, you would remember her as an angel with a beautiful smile and soul.
Betty has lived in the Billings for the last 5 years and grew to love the numerous outdoor activities to include: camping, fishing, and hiking.
Betty took great pride in her expertise in her culinary skills. She enjoyed the act of congregating and bring friends, family, and associates together to break bread and share in her love.
Betty is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
Memorial services will be held 2pm Tuesday, February 2nd 2016 at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary and Crematory located at 1001 Alderson Avenue, Billings, MT 59102. Flowers can be sent directly to the Memorial Service at the address listed above.
