Brandon came into this world in Billings and grew up with his sister Courtney, who was his best friend and partner in crime. They had countless adventures together, along with their two close family friends, Jacob and Libbi. The Witts and the Roes were like one big family, who enjoyed spending their weekends camping, riding 4-wheelers, and hunting. They had a special bond with the Castle and Belt mountains in Checkerboard, where they made some of their most cherished memories. Brandon was a natural athlete who loved playing football, basketball and track. He was coached by his dad Kyle and his mom Jen was his biggest fan. He had many triumphs and joys on the field and on the court, until he tore a labrum in his hip, which required surgery and nine months of rehab in eighth grade. He fought his way back to the track season in high school, only to tear the labrum in his other hip. After another round of rehab, he realized that his sports career was over. But he did not let that stop him. He found a new passion in the gym, where he worked out consistently six days a week ever since. He transformed his body and his mind and became stronger than ever.
Brandon went to Skyview High School and then on to Montana State University Billings. High school was the place where he first laid eyes on Ayzline Jones. She was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen, and he had an immediate attraction to her. They started dating when they were 16 years old, and soon they became a couple. Everyone knew them as ‘A&B,’ the perfect pair who did everything together. Their love grew stronger as they worked their way through college. They tied the knot on Aug. 22, 2020. They bought their first home together in July of 2020 and began their journey as a married couple. Brandon had a fulfilling career at Zee Creative, where he could express his artistic talents. Brandon and Ayzline shared many hobbies and passions, such as working out, watching movies, listening to music, and spending quality time with each other. Their family and friends would always say that you could never find B without A, or A without B. They had truly found their soul mates in each other.
The Steelers had always been a part of Brandon’s life, thanks to his family’s longstanding devotion to the black and gold. He enjoyed every moment of watching and attending Steelers games with his dad, uncle Kevin and the rest of his relatives, rooting and cheering for their favorite team. Brandon saw the Steelers’ win in the AFC Championship game in 2006, on their way to Super Bowl XL. Brandon also attended their latest game in Las Vegas this year with his family.
Brandon loved gaming and hanging out with his best friends Jacob, Teron, Mitch and Vinne. They would spend many nights online, playing their favorite games and cracking jokes at each other. Brandon was highly skilled and knowledgeable in gaming. He built his first gaming machine when he was 12. He was the go-to guy for his friends and family when it came to building gaming machines and providing technical support. He was the IT wizard of his circle, and he enjoyed helping others with their technical challenges.
Brandon was often the quiet one, but he had a sharp mind and a great sense of humor. He could make anyone laugh with his witty remarks and jokes. He was a gentle soul who cared deeply for his loved ones. He was taken from us way too soon, and we will always miss him. He was a precious gift to this world, and we will never forget him.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 30, at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary, 1001 Alderson Ave. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1, at First Presbyterian Church, 2420 13th St. West.
