C. Don Morgan, 80 of Maui, Hawaii, passed away on February 3, 2006, at Highgate Senior Living in Billings, Montana, following a brief stay in with his daughter. Don was born on June 20, 1925, in Casper, WY to Charlie and Delyda Morgan.
Don and his identical twin brother Val joined the Navy and went to WWII together. Val was killed over the Sea of Japan, so Don returned to Colorado, going on to graduate from the University in Denver. He worked for 27 years in sales and marketing of oil and gas for Continental Oil Co., know known as Conoco. Don was married to Doris Albright in Denver, CO in 1946. They shared 57 wonderful years together, until her death in 2003.
He is survived by his daughter, Tracie Morgan of Billings, MT; grandchildren, Jeren Benner of Billings and James Pope and Valerie Pope of Springfield, MO; and great-grandson, Drake Pope. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Morgan; son, Val Morgan; and daughter Karen Morgan.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M., on Wednesday, February 8, at Highgate Senior Living, 3980 Parkhill Drive. His cremated remains will be taken back to his beloved Hawaii and interred next to his wife Doris.
