Concepcion Samona Garcia

Concepcion Samona Garcia, of Billings, was born on April 2, 1979, to Donna Garcia and Eligio Garcia Jr. She was stepdaughter to Martha Riojas, and loving mother to Xavior Karmen Garcia and Matteo Cordell Wells.

Concepcion, better known to friends and family as "Cep," was a lifetime Billings resident who graduated from Senior High School in 1998. Cep worked for Verizon Wireless for five years and was an Operations Team Lead at GE for nine years. Among her many achievements, which include a master's degree in business and HR management, none would compare to the love and joy she felt from being a mother. Xavior was born to Cep on June 8, 1999, and Matteo on July 31, 2016. Cep was a dedicated mother and loyal friend. She enjoyed being surrounded by friends and family. She found a real passion as a career woman and mother.

Cep is survived by her brothers, Carlos (Adja), Mario; and sisters Calsey (JR) and Brea; as well as three nieces and four nephews. She is preceded in death by brother Armando; sister Tiairra; and paternal and maternal grandparents.

Funeral services will be at10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 23, at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary, 1001 Alderson Ave., in Billings.
