Corrine (Seyfert) Rindal

Our mother, Corrine (Seyfert) Rindal, at the age of 79, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2024, at Butterfly Homes in Billings. We take comfort in knowing Corrine is in great company with other family and friends who have gone before her, and she is fully renewed with our Heavenly Father.

Corrine was born in North Dakota to Walter and Helen Seyfert, where she grew up with her brothers and sisters (David, Dennis, Darlene, Daniel and Susan). After moving to Billings, she met Robert Rindal, whom she married in 1971 until Robert’s passing in November of last year. Corrine is survived by two daughters, Tammy (Rindal) Shelton and Toni (Rindal) Keehner, along with two stepchildren, Karen (Rindal) Huck and Lee Rindal; five grandchildren, Kris, Kyle, Joran, Sam and Emerson; brothers David and Daniel Seyfert; and sisters Darlene (Seyfert) Dunkin, and Susan (Seyfert) Messer.

People were drawn to her humor and liveliness, and she made lifelong friends wherever she went. She had a special gift for seeing the needs of others and shined her brightest when helping others. Corrine was an active member of Billings Vineyard Church in Lockwood for many years. Corrine’s joy in life was her family, friends, her church, and “occasionally shopping.”

Corrine loved decorating cakes for her grandkids birthdays, making her famous almond rocha (but never sharing the recipe), feeding her pet squirrel (Nutsy) and just spending time with family and friends.

A celebration of life service for Corrine and Robert will be at 11 a.m. Friday, May 10, at the Billings Vineyard Church in Lockwood, with a reception following. Please come and share your memories and stories.
