Curt VanDelinder went to heaven, Friday, April 27, 2012, after a long and courageous battle against Diabetes. He was 50 years old.
He was born Dec. 17, 1961. Curt was a very special person. Many men aspire to be a devoted husband, father, son, brother, friend, citizen, and employee, but Curt succeeded. He graduated from Billings West High and attended Eastern Montana College. He will be deeply missed by all who enjoyed his remarkable spirit and good nature. All were in awe of his extraordinary bravery when he became ill.
Curt was raised in Billings by his parents whom he considered his best friends, Verna and Dallas VanDelinder. Verna preceded Curt in death in 2002. Curt married Shari Jacox and they raised four beautiful children together. Curt enjoyed life. He loved to travel with his family, anything from snowmobiling to ocean cruising and many activities in between. He enjoyed anything to do with cars from an early age. He was a dedicated employee to Denny Menholt Frontier Chevrolet for 28 years. He was very fond of both Denny and Linda Menholt. He loved the people he worked with and helping his clients. He was passionate about his career. Curt loved Nascar, especially when he could be at the race track. He rarely missed a race on TV. He and his family moved to Mesa, Ariz., twenty months ago. Curt loved the sun and spent many days in his pool with his family.
Curt is survived by his beloved wife Shari; four children, Jordan VanDelinder (23), Taylor VanDelinder (21), Derek VanDelinder (19) (Lindsey Schell), and Brady J.
