Floyd Hertz

The family of Floyd Hertz is deeply saddened to have lost our father and grandfather on June 22, 2018. Floyd was born on May 12, 1929 to Jake and Margaret Hertz. Floyd attended school in Bridger and Billings. In 1947 Floyd married the love of his life, Deloris Shope. Floyd and Deloris had five children, Sherry Taurman (Don), Mark Hertz (Joy), Margaret Ann, Laura Marie and Michael. Floyd had the ability to light up any room he walked into with his personality and smile. He was an entertainer and loved the outdoors, family and music. Floyd is survived by daughter Sherry (Don), grandchildren Kim (Jim) Hofer, and Kurt and by son Mark (Joy), grandchildren Chris (Darci) and Jason (Krista) and by 9 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. Love you Dad and Grandpa, rest in peace we will miss you and we will be listening for the trumpet in the sky. Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary. Interment with Military Honors will be in Rockvale Cemetery.
