Frank S. Mettes, 91, of Billings, passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2016, at Highgate Senior Living in Billings.
Frank was born on Oct. 31, 1924, in St. Paul, Minnesota, to Agnes and James Mettes.
He is survived by his children, Rik Mettes, Hal Mettes and Kim Mettes; stepchildren Dennis Leitz, William Leitz and Marlene May; a sister, Ruth Ruff; grandchildren; step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his wife, Florence "Sally" Mettes.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 23, at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary, 1001 Alderson Ave., Billings. A private family interment will follow in Yellowstone Valley Memorial Park.
