Georgia Ann Tuss, age 83, of Billings passed away August 4, 2017 at St. John's Lutheran Home. She was born to Mary Biegler Rose (deceased) and Dwight "Bud" Rose (deceased) on November 30, 1933 in Aberdeen, South Dakota. She married Bernard "Bernie" Tuss (deceased) on September 16, 1955 in Moore, Montana. Georgia grew up in Lewistown with her family including her step-mother Helen Rose (deceased) and siblings Jimmy (deceased), Virginia, Galen, Janice, Marilyn, Sharon (deceased), Gary (deceased), and Gene. She attended Fergus High School. Georgia is survived by her three boys: William Ward Jr., Ricky (Donna) Tuss, and Michael (Joanie) Tuss; by eight grandchildren: Dameon Novosel, Sara Ward, Justin Ward, Rikki Tuss Fonte, Erik Tuss, Ketsana Tuss, Sydney Tuss, and Morgan Tuss: and twelve great grandchildren: Matthew Fonte, Andrew Fonte, Joshua Fonte, Rylee Fonte, Reese Tuss, Alexander Tuss, Cash McGarry, Jameson Ward, Maddox Ward, Hailey Novosel, Madison Novosel, and Aubrey Novosel. Georgia's grandchild Nichole Ward preceded her in death. Georgia was an artistic, high energy lady with a great love for animals. Because of Bernie's profession, they moved many times both nationally and internationally. Georgia with her artistic vision and Bernie with his many craftsman skills made each home beautiful. They took those same skills into Georgia's love of dolls. She made porcelain dolls that now grace many homes in the States and foreign countries. Georgia raised and groomed poodles for many years, but any of God's furred or feathered creatures could find a good home with her. She loved traveling in the motorhome with husband Bernie. Her other passions were strawberry milkshakes, grandkids, entertaining, cooking, and games like cards, video games, and Yahtzee. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, August 25, 2017 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Billings, Montana. Father Steve Zabrocki will be officiating.
