Heidi Thometz, 68, peacefully passed away in her home on Dec. 19, 2015.
She is survived by her two children, Jamie Oncay Chapman and Joshua Thometz; four grandchildren, MacKenna Kuntz, Desmond and River Chapman, and Hayden Thometz; and five siblings, Mary Cappiello, Gretchen Thometz, Anne Bowen, Lisa Hannegan and Alan Thometz.
Heidi was the pillar of her family who enjoyed traveling, reading and spending time at the family's summer home. Those who knew her best will remember her as selfless, compassionate and hardworking.
Her 32-year long career at Computers Unlimited allowed her to provide, as a single mother, for her children. As a family, they traveled all over the world, learning how to be successful and ethical. She was a role model, not only for her children, but also for her colleagues and customers.
She had an infectious smile and laugh that could brighten any room. Her joy for living and being around those who meant the most to her will always be remembered.
To celebrate the life of an amazing mother, sister, friend and coworker, services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, at Faith Church, 3145 Sweet Water Drive, Billings, with a reception to follow immediately at Rib and Chop House, 1848 Majestic Lane, Billings.
