Jeffrey Robert Seborg

Jeffrey Robert Seborg, 54 of Billings, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2017, with the ones he loved the most by his side. Jeff was born on June 27, 1963 in Glendive, MT to Dwayne and Myrna Seborg. He grew up in Glendive and was a graduate of the Class of '81. Jeff moved to Billings and attended EMC for a brief time before entering the workforce. He had many jobs over the years, including working in the Oil Field, and various sales positions. Most recently, he was selling Insurance at Farmers Union Insurance in Laurel, MT. Jeff had a passion for the great outdoors. Hunting and fishing made him a very happy man! Each year, family and friends would gather at Elk Camp in the Missouri River Breaks. (No Girls Allowed). He had dreams of building a cabin there. These trips were the highlight of his year even though he struck out and never tagged a bull elk with his bow. Throughout his life, Jeff was an avid sports fan and followed the Dallas Cowboys and Jeff Gordon. Although Jeff was always a smaller guy, he loved to eat! He grew up on his mother's cooking and always looked forward to a Chocolate Angel Food cake on his birthday, a special treat made from scratch by his one-and-only daughter, Kaitlin. He was a great dad to his little girl and she was his life. Jeff had a true heart of gold, a generous man with a tender heart for helping others in need. He had a true respect for Veterans and loved acknowledging any and all Vets for their dedication to our country. Something as little as a handshake or buying a meal for a Veteran would make him very happy. Jeff is survived by his only child Kaitlin and her husband Austin Nickisch of Billings; best friend and partner Stephanie Pinch and her daughter Josie of Billings; and brother Doug Seborg, his wife Cara and their family of Glendive. While there are other people near and dear to Jeff that aren't listed, just know we love you all and know you loved being able to call Jeff uncle, cousin, nephew and friend. He was preceded in death by his parents DWayne and Myrna; aunt Boni Dame, who he loved dearly; as well as SO MANY other special family members, friends, and beloved pets that will keep him company in heaven! Cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Michelotti-Sawyers is assisting with arrangements.
