Joyce Elizabeth Packard

Joyce Elizabeth Packard was born April 6, 1951 in Little Falls Minnesota to Burke and Florentina Kappes.
After graduating from high school Joyce completed business school and barber college in Minnesota.
Joyce moved to Montana in 1983 and operated The Hair Station for more than 30 years in Billings. Joyce was united in marriage to Randy Packard in Billings in 1996.
During her time in Billings she enjoyed innumerable friends that were important and a big part of her life.
Joyce loved working with her flowers, enjoyed wood working, and spending time with friends and family camping and fishing.
Joyce will be deeply missed by Brian, her son, Joyce her Daughter in-law, and her grandchildren; Morgan, Emma, William, and Ethan (Waukee, Iowa); her sisters Merl (Terry), Susanne, Diane (Ernest); her brothers Terry (Mary), Tom (Carol), and Marty.
She was preceded in death by her parents Burke and Tina; and her husband Randy Packard.
Memorials may be made in Joyce’s name to a children’s charity of your choice.
