Kira Kristie Ostman was born on Oct. 16, 1985. She was 34 years young when her life was taken on May 30, 2020, in Billings.
She was the daughter of Craig and Kathie Ostman of Conrad. Kira was a loving, caring, compassionate, big-hearted young woman. Her family meant everything to her. She was her dad's "bud" and her mother's precious girl.
Her work ethic was strong and reliable. She was liked by all her employers and coworkers. She aced every job interview she was given. A modest, natural beauty who often sported a baseball cap but could turn around and look stunning in a dress. She never thought of herself that way. She had a beautiful singing voice from the time she was a little girl. She enjoyed hiking, target practicing, biking, gopher hunting, and cooking with her dad. She also traveled through countries in Asia and Europe with her sisters. In 2008, she graduated with honors from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Portland, Oregon. She had been currently employed as a social service technician at Child and Family Services Division in Billings.
