Lorna Lee Rivers

Lorna Lee Rivers, 67, went to be with the Lord to be her perfect self on May 30, 2024. Lorna was born on April 22, 1957, in Red Lodge, to Patricia and Bill Rivers.

In her early years, Lorna attended school at Children’s Village and Garfield Elementary. When Lorna reached adulthood, at her request, Lorna moved into a group home so she could do all the activities in which her friends participated. She especially enjoyed her time at Lampman group home and appreciated the care given to her by her caregivers.

Lorna made everyone smile. Her favorite pastime was coloring and listening to country music. She especially enjoyed any family time and Rivers family reunions. Lorna never went anywhere without Scruffy.

Lorna was preceded in death by her father, Bill Rivers, and older brother, Bill Rivers.

Lorna is survived by her mother, Patricia Rivers of Fromberg; brother Ken Rivers of Helena; sisters Melodie (Barry) Bennion of Billings and Judy (Monte) Billing of Jordan. Lorna is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Lorna also leaves behind her special friend, Scruffy.

Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, June 10, at the Red Lodge Cemetery. Lunch to follow.
