Mae Marie Bailey

Mae Marie Bailey passed away on April 19, 2006 at the Roundup Memorial Nursing Home, where she had spent the last three years.

Mae was born in Dickinson, North Dakota on December 21, 1937 to Elizabeth and Jacob Keller. She attended school in Dickinson and moved to Billings in 1956.

In 1957 she met and married the love of her life, Dennis Bailey. They had two children, Nancy and Rolla and later were blessed with Frank and Betty for a short time.

Mae was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dennis; son in law, Bill Carr; her brothers, Louie, Eugene, Joe, and Bob; and sisters Larraine, Pauline, and Helen.

Surviving her are four children, Nancy, Rolla, Frank, and Betty; seven grandchildren, William III, Robert, Rolla IV, Jeremay, Katylynn, Kace Mae, and Jacob; and two great grandchildren, Jose and Nathan; and brother Herb (Donna) Keller of Billings; sisters Rose Burch of Vidor, TX, Loretta (Ervin) Skalsky of Longmont, CO, and Mary (Bob) Wendel of Beulah, ND, sister in law, Carol Keller of Billings; two brothers in law, Frank Rebel of Hebron, ND and Richard Campbell of Billings; and a very special aunt, Catherine Metz of Dickinson, ND.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., on Monday, April 24, at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary. Interment will follow at Custer Battlefield Cemetery.
