Marvin Ebel, 72 of Billings, passed away Friday, July 28, 2006 at St. Vincent Hospital after a long battle with cancer.

Marvin, son of William and Clara Ebel, was born in the Hebron, ND area in 1933 and attended schools there. In 1959 he married Wanda Simon in Glen Ullin, ND. They left ND in 1959, moving around while Marvin was in the Army before settling in Billings in 1963. He went to work for Johnson Radio and Sound and bought into the business inn 1970. He continued in the business until he retired in September, 2003.

Marvin is a member of St. Pius X Church.

He is survived by his loving wife Wanda, 2 sons, Monte and Jason of Billings, daughter Jodi of Beach, ND, and brother Gerald of Seattle, WA. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.

Cremation has taken place. Vigil service will be 7pm Tuesday and Memorial Mass 10am Wednesday at St. Pius X Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Pius X Church Building Fund or the charity of your choice.
