Mary Diane Vincelette, 82, of Billings, passed away Friday, Sept, 18, 2020. She was in the comfort of her home and with her family by her side.
The daughter of Walter and Marie Kuzara, Mary was born on Nov. 7, 1937, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She graduated from Billings Central Catholic High School in 1955. After high school, while working in Silver Gate, Mary met her husband, Darold Vincelette. She was married to Darold for 56 years, before his passing in 2013. Together, they built a special cabin just outside of Cooke City, where they spent much of their time with family and friends. Mary worked at Billings West Medical Center as a receptionist for over 20 years. She was an avid bridge player, loved gardening and cooking. But, most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a member of St. Thomas Catholic church and loved her faith.
Mary is survived by her daughter Debbie (Gene) Holman of Billings; four sons, Steven (Mary) of Phoenix, Kevin (Brenda) of Billings, Dan (Debbie) of Marysville, Washington, and Randy (Nicole) of Chandler, Arizona; 14 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brothers, Tom of Minneapolis and Tomas of Grass Valley, California, all who brought joy to her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Darold; parents; sister, Dorothy; and sister-in-law, Winnie.
Mary has left her family and friends with many loving memories and she will never be forgotten.
The family will hold a private funeral services at St. Thomas Church. Mary will be buried next to her husband, Darold, at Sunset Memorial Cemetery.
