Phyllis M Burger

On Saturday, April 24, 2021, Phyllis M Burger, loving wife and mother of four children, passed away at the age of 83. Phyllis was born on April 29, 1937, in Bordentown, New Jersey, to Charles and Muriel Hodson.

She was an accountant for Gregory's Department Store for over 20 years, before moving to Billings with the love her life, Lauren "Duke" Dupuis in 1987.

She raised two daughters, Linda and JoAnn, and two sons, William and Michael.

Her life was dedicated to being a loving and caring mother to her children, always celebrating every birthday and holiday to the fullest. She took pride and joy in decorating her home inside and out for every birthday and holiday throughout the year.

Phyllis was known for her brilliant mind, loving heart, kind and compassionate spirit. She always had a warm smile and was ready to listen, day or night.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Lauren; her daughter, Linda; and her son, William.

She is survived by her son Michael and daughter JoAnn, with seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 1, at Michelotti-Sawyers, with interment to follow at Mountview Cemetery.
