Suzanne Mary Studer, 45 of Helena died June 29, 2010 from heart failure due to hemochromatosis.

Suzanne was born August 3, 1964 in Billings, Montana to Ralph J. and Cemie Studer. Suzanne attended Catholic schools in Billings graduating from Central High School in 1982. She had a great love of life, a wonderful sense of humor, and brightened the lives of many. She married Ron Alles on September 3, 1989 and they made their home in Helena. Together they had two beautiful children, Ronnie and Jessica. She lived for her kids!

She was currently working in Helena for Congressman Denny Rehberg. Suzanne had a love of family and loved nothing better than the hustle and bustle of a big family gathering. She had a smile and laugh that was the life of the party.

Suzanne is survived by her children Ronnie and Jessica, her parents Ralph and Cemie Studer, her brothers Steve (Sherry), Ralph (Kim), Jim (Andrea), and sisters Marie (Walter), Julie (Dan), Jeanne (Joe), Kelly and Michelle and her long time friend Richard Cooley as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. We love you and will miss you always, “Sannie”. May you rest in peace with your savior Jesus Christ.

Vigil services will be 7pm Thursday, July1st and Funeral Mass 10am Friday, July 2nd, both at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church with Rite of Committal in Holy Cross Cemetery.

Memorials should be directed to the Billings Catholic School Foundation, PO Box 31158, Billings, MT, 59107, St. Vincent DePaul 2610 Montana Ave. Billings, MT 59101, or a charity of your choice.

Dear Studer/Alles family members,

I’m terribly sorry for your loss. My prayers and thoughts are with you. I graduated with Suzanne at Billings Central. Her smiles filled up the room! She was so sweet and kind to all that she came in contact with.

Thoughtfully,

Helen Kuchera, BS

Dearest Cemie. I am truly sorry for your loss. I can only imagine how intensively painful it must be to lose such a special loving child like Suzanne. She reflected the strength and goodness both you and Ralph have taught all your family by example. Cling to your deep faith, always remembering that you will be united with her again in God’s glory. With sincere sympathy, Candace Samek

My heart is broken at the loss of Suzanne, much too soon for her to have accomplished all she was capable of doing. I loved Suzanne for her optimistic outlook; she could not be kept down for long. Suzanne always found a way around, through, over and above anything, even if at first it seemed insurmountable. I loved our visits, most often filled with hope, pride in her children who were the loves of her life, and her family. I had the honor of spending tonight with her sisters as they cleaned out her home, and we went through her Mary Kay supplies. Jessica, going into 8th grade, and Ron in high school, have their mom’s smile and Suzanne’s love pours out of them as they laugh. I feel blessed to have known Suzanne.
