Whitney Lea Newman

Whitney Lea Newman was born on June 13, 1990, to Everett and Cindy Newman in Billings. She was taken away from us way to early on May 25, 2023 due to a tragic car accident. Her son, Easton, was her entire life.

Whitney was very social, loved everyone and was loved by many. She brought joy to everyone she met and you were only a stranger once. She loved softball, baseball, playing pool, hanging out with friends, helping her dad, getting to know Brian and Emma and anything that had to do with Easton. Her “Walmart family” was very important to her and she made sure to keep in touch with them even after leaving her job there. She graduated from Huntley Project in 2008. She participated in BPA, cross-country and softball. She went to Dawson Community College on a softball scholarship, where she earned an associate’s degree in accounting.

Whitney is survived by her parents, Everett and Cindy Newman; son Easton Hinebauch; grandmother Carline Beley; aunts Jody (Tom) Riley, Karen Beley; uncle Kit (Debbie) Beley; and several cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Adrian and Lois Newman; and maternal grandpa Gary Beley.

Graveside service is June 1, 2023 at the Pleaseantview Cemetery in Ballantine. There will be a reception immediately following at the Worden Volunteer Fire Department in Worden. If you would like to wear pink to honor Whitney’s favorite color, please do.
