Zoey Ruth Maxine Harr

Zoey Ruth Maxine Harr, a cherish soul from Billings, Montana, departed from us too soon on December 16, 2023, at the age of 14. Born on June 8, 2009, to Kim Codden and Travis Harr, Zoey’s ocean eyes captivated all who beheld them.

Radiating warmth, Zoey greeted everyone with an infectious smile, always maintaining her endearing habit of climbing into her mother’s lap and affectionately calling her “mommy.” Her bubbly, quick-witted and outgoing personality brought joy to those around her, complemented by a heart of gold and a laughter that echoed with contagious delight.

Zoey’s beauty, both inside and out, was evident in her selfless nature, always putting others first and extending a helping hand whenever needed. A compassionate soul, she rescued a baby fawn from the side of the road and showered her sisters with love through notes, videos and social media posts.

She cherished moments with her big sister and best friend, Danica, as well as her niece, Lily. Zoey found joy in music and creating silly videos with family and friends. A special bond was shared with her father, who cherished breakfast dances and the laughter they shared.

To her mother, Zoey was a birthday present from God, and her absences leaves an irreplaceable void. Fondly remembered as “Pumpkin face,” she laves behind a legacy of love.

Zoey is survived by her mother, Kim Codden; father Travis Harr; stepmother Cassandra Harr; sisters Danica Codden and Taylor Harr; grandparents Ed Codden, Barbara (Don) Erdmann and Carol Harr; niece Lilly Connard; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

As our hearts ache with grief, we find solace in the belief that Zoey is now dancing in heaven with cherished family members and friends, including her Grandpa Scott.
