Steven H. Sayer

Steven H. Sayer

Steven went to be with his Lord on April 5, 2017, after a long battle with cancer.

Steve was born in Billings on Nov. 21,1950. He was preceded in death by his parents, Austin and Lois Sayer; and his nephew, Ryan Eaton.

Steve was a talented carpenter, working in steel framing in several states, including his home state of Montana.

He was an easygoing person who always had an interesting story to tell. Steve enjoyed many adventures on his prized Harley.

Steve is survived by his son, Regan of Seattle, and his mother, Cheri Naylor Sayer; brother Dan (Jan) Sayer; sisters Susie Sutton (Harold), Vicki Eaton (Sheldon) and Jeanne Sayer Moseley.

A private family service will be held late spring to celebrate Steve’s life.

Memorials may be made to United Luv (which donated iPads to cancer patients), 3245 Alpine Dr. Billings, MT 59102. Founded by Ryan Eaton.

Dearest family of Steve, You gals may not remember our family, but Dan might, from your time in Glendive….you guys lived on our block, around the corner until you moved to River Avenue…Steve was my age, and Dan is my brother Dave’s age. I was good friends of Rita Buck. I was so sorry to hear of your loss of Steve! I well remember you all, except it seems there were only 2 of you girls at the time. Thoughts and prayers for you all at this time…not fun to lose a sibling. (I remember a record you gave Dave of your uncle(?) ‘s song “Rosemary, Sing To Me”❤️ God bless you all
